Manchester United produced one of their most entertaining performances of the young season as they defeated Ipswich Town 5-2 at Old Trafford. The headline belonged to captain Bruno Fernandes, who scored a sensational hat-trick to inspire United to a dramatic comeback.
The match did not begin the way United supporters expected. Ipswich showed confidence and managed to take the lead, putting pressure on the home side. United initially struggled to find rhythm, but Fernandes once again stepped forward when his team needed him most.

Fernandes was undoubtedly the star, but the performance also showed improvements across the attacking unit. Marcus Rashford’s return to the starting lineup added another dimension, while United looked much more dangerous once they settled into the match.
Defensively, however, there were still concerns. Conceding twice at home showed that United have areas to improve.
